SUPERPOSITION: ATOMIC SCANNER

The exhibition Superposition: Atomic Scanner by GØRVELL explores the principle of quantum superposition, translating the indeterminacy of atomic positions into human bodily movement. Through the medium of photography, it documents everyday actions performed within a confined space across three distinct planes, generating three clouds of movement. Their intersection is subsequently carved into granite through industrial subtraction, merging the transient nature of motion with the enduring presence of matter.

GØRVELL is a space for encounter, imagination, reflection, research, and realization. It brings together architects, artisans, artists, and writers.

ALEIXO: 5 TOWERS, 5 DECADES

The exhibition “Aleixo: 5 Towers, 5 Decades”, organized by APSPBA and INSTITUTO, with curatorship by paulo moreira architectures, celebrates the 50 years of the residents’ association, bringing together archival documents and photographic works by André Cepeda, David Gonçalves, Leonel Castro, Nelson d’Aires, and Paulo Pimenta.

To visit at APSPBA (Rua de Âncora 41, Lordelo do Ouro), at the following times: Weekdays – from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. Weekends and public holidays – visits by appointment (other times available upon request).
