Courtyard

70m² An outdoor space for open-air events and workshops. Direct access to the hall, kitchen and toilets. Night lighting, electrical connection, furniture available.

Hall

30m² A bright room for receptions and informal gatherings. Direct access to the courtyard, kitchen and toilets. Modular tables available, which can be configured in different ways.

Studio 1

35m² Working studio of Paulo Moreira architectures’ team.

Studio 2

17,5m² A bright room with four workstations, ideal for small teams or freelancers. Includes desk, lamps and chairs.

Studio 3

17.5m² Bright room with high ceiling, equipped with chairs/lamp/modular tables and original shelf. Access through the hall, direct link to the project room.

Residency

20m² A studio for artistic and research residencies of short or medium duration. Independent access from the courtyard, with the potential to link to the working/ exhibiting room. Fully equipped kitchenette, toilet (with shower), washing machine, sofa bed and mezzanine bed.

Kitchen

8m² A shared kitchen equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge and microwave. Direct link to the indoor areas and outdoor courtyard.

Hallway

25m² Common hallway, still not refurbished. It has around 16 meters in length and original timber lining. Possibility of intervention with temporary installations, lighting design, etc.
