(más) maneiras à mesa | Charlie Corciulo

On July 20th, we hosted the experimental gastronomic project (más) maneras à mesa, organized by Charlie Corciulo in collaboration with ORTO. At the event, participants were invited to embrace the messiness of the meal and to share the sociability of both lunch and dinner. Social norms at the table were challenged, and reflections were made on what and with whom we are eating—despite what we are taught, it can be good to play with our food!
