INSTITUTO hosts a special session of Bolsa de Ideias, a series of informal talks promoted by Associação Comercial do Porto. The event programmed by INSTITUTO addresses the MARGINS of society and of the city of Porto through the participation of the projects C+ (Luís Vieira Campos, Rui Miguel Coimbra Morais), Critical Concrete (Samuel Kalika) and ±MAISMENOS± (Miguel Januário). A small menu was served by Mumuila Filó. 

BOLSA DE IDEIAS is a series of meetings at Palácio da Bolsa to present and discuss new projects. It takes place in the last week of each month, at 7pm. In each session, three guests talk about their work and background, fostering dialogue, defying creativity, demonstrating that the city is built upon good ideas. At the special sessions, Bolsa de Ideias challenges new hosts to take on this initiative and suggest the guests.
