O Mais Comprido Museu do Mundo
16.03.2024
On Saturday, the 16th of March, we hosted the presentation of the book “ O Mais Comprido Museu do Mundo” (The Longest Museum in the World), with the presence of project coordinators Pedro Campos Costa and Eduardo Costa Pinto, and some of the guest photographers, Álvaro Domingues, Paulo Catrica and Valter Vinagre. At the event it was possible to get to know the book that gives space to new narratives about the 736.26 km of National Road 2, which crosses Portugal from north to south.
“The greatest narrative we can imagine. The N2 is a guiding thread, a thread for those who travel it. This movement or displacement translates into a discourse, an idea or a narrative. A journey of images that move in the imagination, a gesture, a topographic profile of 800km of the country from North to South, from Chaves to Faro.” Pedro Campos Costa
