The exhibition by Paulo Moreira architectures compiles projects and research produced from 2010 to 2018. A series of physical models is complemented by three booklets reflecting on the ethos of the practice: the urban studies section presents three cases of practical research; the buildings are organised thematically, rather than as a sequence of individual projects; the installations present collaborative ephemeral projects and exhibitions.

Paulo Moreira architectures is a studio based in Porto, founder of INSTITUTO. The office’s works exemplify how ‘a lot can be done with a little’ in the fields of architecture and urban renewal. Their early projects form a body of work which is simultaneously delicate and imaginative, showcasing vestiges of traditional systems and building techniques, reinterpreted in a contemporary manner. The work has been presented in lectures, publications and exhibitions, and awarded with several prizes.
